About the Artist

"There is great joy in creating jewelry for others who will take a piece of my art into their world."

I feel privileged and blessed to have the opportunity to express my creative side through the making of artisan jewelry.  Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in fine silver with accents of gold, pearls, and gemstones.

The pursuit of using glass cabochons in jewelry making led to my discovery of PMC, precious metal clay.  It bonds beautifully with glass at high temperatures in a kiln, resulting in pure precious metal.

Enthusiastically pursing more skill, I became a certified artisan and teacher in Precious Metal Clay in 2006.   Over the years I have continued learning with more classes in traditional metalsmithing, Keum Boo gold, stone setting, carving and other advanced techniques. It’s been a privilege to be included in many publications and juried exhibits.  Currently, I am a member of CMAG, Oregon’s Creative Metal Art Guild, Local 14 Art Group and AMCAW.

I reside in Tualatin, Oregon and frequently visit Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast.  I live with my husband, our pup, a Lagotto Romagnolo who loves to truffle hunt, and the cat.

Inspired by nature and travel, my jewelry reflects a love of the world around me.  There is great joy in creating jewelry for others who will take a piece of my art into their world.
